Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is simply a supportive place to talk openly about your sex life without shame. Whether you’re dealing with a specific concern like  pain during sex, low desire, difficulty reaching orgasm, or you and your partner just feel out of sync in the bedroom, sex therapy can help you figure out what is going on and what your next steps can be. 

It can be done individually or with a partner (maybe even a little of both), whatever feels most helpful. Sometimes we’re exploring communication or unspoken expectations in relationships, and sometimes we’re processing shame or past experiences that are preventing sexual connection or pleasure. 

Let me make one thing clear, sex therapy is not about “fixing” you. It’s about a deeper understanding of yourself, your body, and your desires so that you can have better sex.
