You can fill out the contact form to schedule an initial session. If you prefer, feel free to reach out directly by phone at (702) 570-8334. I’ll get back to you within one business day.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, honest, and supportive space. You’re inviting me to walk alongside you in your healing journey, and I am so thankful. My approach is rooted in person-centered and attachment-based care. I also incorporate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and experiential therapy, depending on your unique needs.
All 50-minute sessions are $80, whether you’re coming in as an individual, couple, or family. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss sliding scale options.
I don’t accept insurance at this time. I operate a private-pay practice to prioritize personalized, flexible care without the constraints and diagnostic requirements that often come with insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.
I currently see clients in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Telehealth sessions are available Monday through Friday.
Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic relationship. Everything you share in session stays between us, with a few legally required exceptions:
- If you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or someone else
- If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult, whether past or ongoing
- If I am ordered by a court to release records.
Because I am currently practicing as a Clinical Professional Counselor-Intern (CPC-Intern), I consult regularly with an approved clinical supervisor to ensure you receive high-quality care and ethical treatment. This is a standard part of intern licensure in Nevada. By beginning services with me, you are giving informed consent to this consultation process. Your identifying details are protected, and all supervision discussions remain confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
If you have any questions or concerns about confidentiality or supervision, I’m happy to talk more about it.
Therapy is deeply personal, and the right fit matters. If at any point you feel like our work together isn’t quite right, I completely understand. I’ll gladly offer referrals to other therapists who might better suit your needs.
