Therapy for Everyone
I work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, and I welcome the full range of human experiences into the therapy room. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity questions, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can sort things out and feel more like yourself.
It’s okay to feel intimidated
Let’s be real, it’s scary to open up about topics we feel ashamed or embarrassed about. Sex is often treated as taboo, and when it’s not openly talked about, we can start to believe our sexual concerns need to stay hidden. Maybe there’s a voice in your head saying, “This is just me,” or “I should’ve figured this out by now.” But that doesn’t have to be your truth.
In therapy, we gently unpack those stories. Together, we explore your experiences, your desires, and even your hesitations in a space where nothing is “too strange” or “too broken.” Often, the issue isn’t the concern itself, it’s the isolation and judgment wrapped around it. You deserve to experience sex that feels good, connected, and empowering, and I’m here to help you get there!
